Re: cyclist nobheads

Laws are one thing... And there are Richard in EVERY mode of transport. I just find its more a common sense pecking order type thing. We take our risks on the roads with those bigger than us (Cars, Vans, Trucks, Tractors) I know when a truck is coming at me, i'm not thinking about laws, i just make ...

Re: Spark Plug Replacement

Any good suggestions for plugs on these girls?
Online or eBay links?

You've got me thinking now, on purchasing my Storm, i really have no idea how old the plugs are.
Its started to have some hesitation on starting, especially when warm... Maybe its time to change plugs.

Re: cyclist nobheads

What is it about these lycra clad morons that think they are king of the road? The ones that go gallavanting through red lights, weaving through traffic or riding 3/4 wide in a lane, you know the sort that instantly blame anyone but themselves when they get ploughed off now I like cycling, but im i...

Re: Freesat signal splitting

The answer is in the question. You DONT split Sat signals (you can if it is the same polarisation) Your answer is to fit a "Multiswitch" 2in 8out or 2in 4out, makes no difference. They are common and cheap. Dual LNB output to Multiswitch inputs Multiswitch Output to each box (ie: 2 x RG6 C...

Re: Fuel light

Geez, what a horrible place to live if your bike is so vulnerable. I recently read an article on bike thieves.... half of it was written by a Cop, the other half by a bike thief. Made for some very interesting reading! The theif gave some great tips to prevent your bike from being targeted. You are ...

Re: Best Metal Polish?

Great advise guys. I find it really depends what it is you want to polish and at what level you wish to achieve. Stainless Alloy Remove milling marks Remove sand casting marks. All take a different approach. But in brief.... 80 grade grit to 600 grade using WD40 as a lubricant for deeper sctratchs a...

Re: Moto GP (SPOILER)

Thats only the half of it. Police hammer anyone going to or leaving the Australian Moto GP via bike. Its become beyond ridiculous..... So many passed race goers are sick of it.... and have decided after this race or previous, that TV coverage is for them from now on. The Stoner thing is one thing......

Re: This will make the MotoGP race interesting!

I believe Marquez said that as long as they didn't cross the line they were technically still on their 10th lap and that's the way Honda planned to do it, so it was down to Honda's strategy, he came in when instructed to do so Yes, that is the excuse they used. A strange logic that I don't really g...
