Do Firestorm Wheels fit anything else?
Does anyone know if Firestorm wheels fit any other bikes? As a direct fit without custom spacers, that is.
CBR600F perhaps? Or early hornet 900? Just guesses, but much appreciated if anyone who really knows can give me an answer..
Cheers, Dave

Re: Which Exhaust?
I've not been a member of this forum long, so I believe I'm not allowed to post adverts yet. But I know that I will have a pair of VTR1000 Akrapovic cans soon, and they will be available for sale in the next two weeks. Second hand but vgc. I'll be putting them on ebay, as you might expect, but if yo...

Re: Rear sprocket teeth
Yeah, agree with you completely smokinjoe. I don't understand people who spend a grand on a full system for more power but leave gearing standard. The single cheapest and most effective change you can make to a sports bike is to gear it down for better accelaration. Would you seriously care if you t...

Re: Rear sprocket teeth
I have a TL1000S for the road - an original early full power version. I've got a full system on it, PCIII, Ohlins rear shock and front internals and a few other bits to make it work properly rather than how Suzuki let them go from the factory. it has about 125bhp at the rear wheel. Anyway, I spend m...

Re: Helmet Cams ??
We go out as a small group on the french greenlanes every other weekend, sometimes with a Drift helmet cam attached. We now have a great record of the long chemins (tracks) we have found and how the condition of them changes post rainfall etc. Here's an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3J64E...

. i'd say drivers are less aware of their surroundings than ever before. This is why I'm thinking of giving up road riding in a few years and just do track days . Yep been thinking this. Someone on another forum, knowing how much time I spend on track, recently told me that there was no way in the ...

In the US the power ratings were 105RWHP in '98-'99 and then it dropped ton 100RWHP in'00 So what year did the power restrictions go into effect? Mid 1990s in France, but as I've said, the regulation is actually illegal because the French government cannot provide any evidence of a direct link betw...

That's a cool ting. I like the way the air filters emerge from the tanks and the chrome cut out thing you've done - really stylish.

Re: Hi there!
Yeah, the law is basically a breach of the EU regs on free use of vehicles across European borders. The French government brought in the restriction years ago and have only just been reprimanded by Brussels for continuing it. They have until January 2016 to repeal the restriction. In practice most f...
