Could you run through the procedure you used to remove the swing arm. Thanks I only had to remove the Swingarm main bolt. Best way to do this is to support the underside of the engine and have bike on paddock stands, rear wheel removed to reduce weight. Unbolt the 27mm nut from LHS then gently tap ...

Advice from Gilles rearsets owner.

Just fitted Gilles rearsets to storm (precarious job removing the Swingarm bolt but that's another story!). In their wisdom they have included a tie bar to exhaust bracket for RHS but not for LHS gearchange to exhaust. Factory exhausts obviously have this. Does anyone have Gilles or any other rearse...

I am not resisting..this is my second storm and am sure could be better.
I was big on vfr400 nc30s for years. One of the very finest handling bikes. Period. Yet a maxton shock and forks worked miracles.
Hence why I am currently in talks with Maxton :-D
