Some oik's chopped the bottom of the standard tailpiece off the bottom of mine and moved the plate up.
Imagine the standard one with a bit missing and badly finished.... that's what mine looks like.

Bolts are M6x~60 countersunk (ish) If you wanted some flashy ones. "boltmeup" on ebay is a great seller!

Probably corrosion on the connector. Give it a good clean up with some elbow grease and contact cleaner or crimp on new ends if you have the technology

Just thought i'd post up about this. Recently I changed my CCT's to manuals and when removing the one on the rear cylinder it slipped meaning i had to reset the cams. Well I managed to rock up basically and set the 180o out. Meaning when it was ridden: It sounded boomy/hollow Revved / revs to 7k the...
