Re: has anyone used Metzeler Sportec M1 tyres???

I had them on my thundercat (160) profile. Fantastic tyre, I really liked them.

A mate's just put the same tyres on his ZZR and done about 3k around europe on them. Only has a slight sign of squaring off.

Re: Does this seem a bit long?

When you goto the checkout on their site it gives you a little traffic light next to each item saying if it's in stock or not... maybe it wasn't correct? :(

If you have a multimeter, put one probe so it's touching the metal bit sticking out the back of the plug (or the front if you want to disconnect it) and another one to somewhere groun...

It props up the rear tank a bit so you can remove the rear plug without removing the tank. I suppose it's handy for working on the fuel tap/hoses or doing a carb sync as well.

These are beautiful. One question though...

Re: Removing Seat Without a Key?

Undo the subframe bolts at the top near the tank (if there's room?) to get the front tang off, might give you enough room to disconnect the battery. Can't you undo the +ve from the starter solonoid? That should be a bit easier to get to (I think it's near the tank.. that might be the ducati though. ...
