Re: Rear header exhaust connection??
Nice one Carl, I've got some fire gum exhaust sealant that I've used on my link pipes. Do you think that would work just smearing around the leak instead of undoing the front header?

Re: Rear header exhaust connection??
Cheers wicky. I was hoping I wouldn't have to take the whole header section off. Looks like I will have to get the other two copper gaskets then Aswell.

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
Put my new exhaust brackets on today. Had the Dremel on the link pipes and had a little fiddle trying to get the cans lined up. There near enough there a little tweaking tomorrow and give them a tighten and see if we have any leaks. Fingers crossed we don't. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/02/21/u8e6up...

Re: Steeper Exhaust angle bracket
Cheers for that. I was thinking stainless myself. Just trying to look for some scrap now at work. If not my father in law is a stainless sheet metal worker hopefully he will be able to get me some if I can't find any. I'm hoping this works as my link pipes are clamped so hopefully these twist enough...

Steeper Exhaust angle bracket
Has anybody on here used this manufactured bracket to create a steeper exhaust angle. I am thinking of doing this but wondering if it is worth it. And is it too much work. Would the link pipe bracket under the rider foot peg need cutting off do so? http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/02/03/agyha5as.jpg Thi...
