I don't feel even slightly relieved mate the tapping is loud enuff to be heard clear over my loud scorpion cans and with my helmet over my head so its no slight noise lol

Well I wombles up took cam wheels out and decided to turn crank to line rear up again to check summin then turning bak to ft mark crank has jammed can't move it now wombles sake

Yea its the f mark that's really confused me like haha rite gonna pull it apart again tmoz and check it all again I probs set timing but did ccts wrong causing timing to just go out again maybe I'm really no good with these ccts people say put them in slakken till hear chain clakker then tighten til...

Hi steve yea I know to be sure not to get f and ft mixed up I know they are diffrent uses but I keep stating that book says f shud be lined with static mark when engine switched off as it shows its in firing position butwhen I check its never lined up but everyone keeps telling me not to mistake ft ...

This is what I done alough I did ft mark first then turned to rt then to rt again and did the marks for that does it make a diffrence if I do front head then rear rather than rear then front as u explained to do ? That thread was for the ccts alough it does have in it about what marks to line up and that is the same as the haynes manual and exactly what I did only thing I didn't do was remove spark plugs as don't have tool to get them out but didn't think this wud matter in timing as taking them out only make...

That's what I've been doing but in visual of the open cap u see water high then it sinls right down then shoots up out the cap then few seconds later sinlks again and fires out cap again itys basically like its sucking it down then blowing it bak out the cap throwing the coolant out u need to consta...

Bike was working perfect until ice came and drained coolant flshed and reflled so it has to be air lock or damage caused from no anti freeze during ice n snow

Oil level fine thermostat has been replaced alough previous was jammed open anyway so wudnt have been problem and fan switch is buggered so needs replacing but fan isn't the proiblem a 9 miles at 90 mile per hour plus down motorway and overheating into red shudnt happen even if fan was working fan i...
