get a copy of the MSVA manual. fit lights, mirrors, indicators etc as per manual... filler cap looks like a fail in the pic, mustn't be more than 30mm (i think) above the tank. i know a couple of people who've done it, loadsa silly shite to get thru the test, loadsa paperwork, takes ages, costs load...
