Re: Any lorry drivers here??

I think I'm the exception to the rule, you'll hear tales of woe from every quarter but I went from no HGV licence to my class1 in 6 months AND landed a cracking class1 job 2 weeks after passing my test. 8 years down the line I don't regret doing it one bit 8) One key thing I'd say is try and get you...

Re: How not to load a motorcycle

Re: Bike owned.

Re: Sub Frame Rivnuts

If it was me I'd drill out the bolt and the subframe and put a long nut and bolt thru it..... or if it's on a pristine bike then for what it would cost I'd buy a second hand subframe.

Re: Kevlar Jeans

I've got some grinfactor ones, they are nice and warm BUT the fit really isn't much good. They have quite good kevlar panels and pockets in the knees to take armour but they are quite a loose fit meaning the legs may slide round or up the legs when going down the road meaning you would lose the prot...

Re: Luggage advise

if you're just using throwovers then I find mine fit very nicely across the front part of the seat, your then sat on the straps and they sit under knees....might be an issue if you're taking a pillion tho.
