I'd second your recommendation. Have used them for the last two years - my brother has been with then for three years with no problems.

Unfortunately they won't even quote on a new VTR if you don't have at least 2 years NCB.

Well, I had my last bike stolen over 2 years ago, lost all my NCB, so now I'm at stage one again - I was told on the phone that they won't even quote without at least 2 years NCB.

Good man Dynamite.

I know what it's like. I was 19 when I got my gsxr6 and was paying over 1400 tpft. It does get better. One reason it's good to get old!

Git (sorry!)

I got caught doing 120mph after putting the front wheel down at around 110 as well. Argued him down to 105mph and got him to drop the wheely (in his statement he said my front wheel was 45 degrees off the road. How could he tell this from 200 yards behind me was my solictors argument!. Result. Anyway I am sure it was more like 65 degrees!! ). Outcome = £75 and a 7 day ban in the middle of January...damn and the weather was so good for riding!

So, 27, Full Protected NCB, 7 day ban, repsol paint, blade forks, £550 FC inc £1000 of helmet/leather cover. Happy chappy.

When I had my storm I was 28, 3 points ( SP30 ), 4 years no claims £360 fully comp. The only security the bike had, apart from a manually applied disk lock was a data tag kit.

I'm back on a 600 bandit now with 5 year no claims, fully compy for £200 :D
