I visited the same Shell petrol station three times yesterday, every time being served by the same person.

On the third time she said "your taking this pluspoints scheme a bit seriously aren’t you". Obviously doesn’t realise the tank range you get on a SP or a Storm !

well i know i didnt buy my vtr for the great gas milage 8O

but i quick ride to helmsley is about as far as i can go with out a refill
wheres the road kill............?

Look on the positive side....we are keeping the fuel companies profits up and in turn contributing to the economy....and having a ball doing it :lol:

Maybe we should look at buying it wholesale and setting up our own chain of filling stations :idea:

Yup, owning the storm and putting up with the amount of fuel it uses keeps me in a job with-in the oil industry...keep it up folks.

with its thirst we are increasing the greenhouse gasses, in turn heating the globe up and forcing climate change

and looking out of the window from work it is sunny as and with climate change i an only hope it increases the length of the riding season

infact im going to go burn a tank full to add to the seasons riding :D

I commute 60 miles a day and am on first-name terms with the staff at the local petrol station. Not the sort of image I expected from a bike like this!
