Most definitely running slow this afternoon and early evening Kaz 
I nearly posted the same question as you I must admit I was getting quite annoyed with it like yourself, but as Tony said it appears to be OK at the moment fingers crossed

Well all morning ive been getting database errors!
"PhpMyBB cannot access the database"
Im guessing the passover between the php handler and server is iffy or something!
Its also running very slowly, but that could be a lack of bandwidth on the server!

i have been on and off whilst @ work (

i can access the various topics and then threads within but when i use the
index to return to the main page i get an error message
"phpBB:CriticalError could not connect to the database"
I then have to start from scratch !!
Anyone else getting this ?
