The main thing is that he's only got relatively minor injuries. Get well soon mate!

Glad to hear the rest of the weekend was a success. Sadly I didn’t make it up yesterday as my wife was on a night shift on Friday night so I had the family to look after.

sh1t you guys..what a mess..thanks first of all for the good wishes. i need em
so after leaving thumper and family at the wigwams, i toodle off towards crief
A85....all was well making good progress never got above 75 until a few miles from crieff . when i overtook a beemer [bike] that happened to be ridden by an ex colleauge of mine from another job , then a couple of cars.
which brought me to the rear of a blue and white suzuki with flat bars ridden by a chick i think [in a hi-vis sam brown] i followed through a 30 and overtook the GSXR?? approaching the nat limit sign. as i was getting settled it came whizzing past and the rider gave me a cheeky wave and shot off......
i kept about 6 bike lengths behind. untill a good safe passing op presented.
we overtook a car.[long straight after gentle right] and i passed the suzuki
or so i thought. it accellerated . and instead of falling in behind like i shouldve i spose i gunned it and passed her. then oh sh1t . nasty left that tightened up mid bend . hard on stoppers get the bike over ..sweet made it
yeah right.. ran wide in an instant.. wrong side of road car comming sat bike up .grabbed a handfull . ate road. busted collarbone ..so there it is..
oh an big thanks to the suzuki rider for NOT STOPPING to see if i was even alive...yeah thats right just went on its merry way probaly chuckling into its helmet thanks again.. lets hope we never meet ....

my genuine gratitude to all the members of the emergency services. including arwel [ i hope i spelt correctly ] and his colleage the paramedics in attendance....the two coppers who arrived in quick time in their traffic car. i cant say my previouse dealings with our boys in blue. have been such a pleasure. they were efficient friendly and showed genuine concern.
thank you again gentlemen. to david my ex colleage well done sir and many thanks..small world innit m8...to the couple in the oncomming car..
thank you for you quick reactions. and your kindness.. i hope my sudden appearance on the wrong side of the road .did not freak you out as much as it did me..and all the other motorits and fellow bikers who stopped to offer assistance i give you my thanks.....

Best wishes for a speedy physical and mechanical recovery man.

Sincere second on the emergency service folks too. They rock.

Unbelievable that the Soozy didnt stop. Shocking.

Anyway, grats on the being relatively OK.
