Headlight aim

Need some advice....... My 1997 Firestorm has just failed its MOT due to the headlight beam dipping into the traffic, ie. Continental Europe headlight. Is the only way to fix it with a new UK headlight assembly or will a sticky beam bender kit suffice? Time is critical as my retest is on 09/09/2005. If the sticky will do then where can I get one for a european bike to ride in UK?
