Won't fire

Last week I removed the fuek tank to get the paintwork tidied up, the other evening I put the tank back on, taking care to connect the hoses correctly, which I 'm quite sure I did after watching the youtube video "Too many hoses". the bike started and ran for a few minutes, cut out and hasn't started since, not even trying to start, it fired once. Any ideas..?

The chances are you have the hose on the wrong connection for the vacuum pipe, see Mac's pic (the 2nd photo down) in the link below. If not that did you forget to turn the fuel tap back on?

the two popular ones are vac pipe not on the proper spigot or people turn the tap of and forget to turn it back on 8O yeah iv done that lol
the older i get,the faster i was :lol:

...or the vacuum hose became trapped (squashed closed) when the tank was refitted :thumbup:
