Welcome aboard D&S, its a pity you could't drop us over a bit of your good weather, as ours at the moment has been mostly cr*p, :(
cheers Chris.

Well howdy fellas... I too bring you greetings from the warm, sunny, drought-ridden land of Orstraylia (as you folk like to call it  ) As I look out my window at the clear blue sky, I note the leaves a-gently swaying in the breeze... Seriously, gotta feel sorry for you lot over there with all that rain & drizzle & so forth. No matter how much the farmers need it here, one positive in a drought is it's always flamin' good ridin' weather! 8)

Only draw-back (or is it...) is it seems like a bit of a waste of water to wash the ol' VTR when she gets a little grotty. Oh well, she'll be right!

Welcome aboard VTRgril,
You're right about our weather, its been total cr*p so far this year. We have had the odd day here and there which cheers you up. We had a weeks holiday in Spain recently and the weather was fantastic so I can remember what its like! So is it dryer than normal in Orstraylia (as you put it :) which I thought was good ) Last night I watched a programme about Troy Bayliss, how he started out etc etc, brilliant, can't wait for next weeks edition.
cheers Chris.

I supposed it would it be a bad thing to confess I don't know who Troy Bayliss is...

I have heard the name, though... I s'pose he's one of those motorbike racing types... Sorry, ignorance revealed.

I admire your honesty, he has a lot of British fans as he did so well in superbikes, he is a very talented rider and a very likeable person,
Chris.
