I'd hang on to the Scorpions for a week or two, given Lex Tek's build quality.
You might need something to use while yours are away....
Any bets on how long they last?

I'm in for 2000 miles....

Don't want to burst your bubble but according to the people that know, you shouldn't fit carbon fibre exhaust to a V Twin and secondly you shouldn't fit short exhausts to a V Twin either.
So Tony might just have point.

I've had carbon cans on mine with no issues, apparently you can blow them apart if you let the packing go on them, but never seen evidence of it happening on any quality cans!

got a square on rear photo to share?

45 degree rear shot looks just fine. Dark carbon will go nicely with rubber and other blackout bits

I think they look great
Don’t worry about the carbon. Any problems I’ve heard about were over fifteen years ago now and I’m sure the techniques and the quality has improved since then.

Nah, they look total Sh1t on a red one, better pass them over to someone on a black one so they dont look out of place.
Oh, yeh i have a black one. I'll cover the postage to take them away form you..... :Ball Kick:

I likey.
Ive had carbon on 2 of my bikes with no issues. Would like to know how they sound compared to the likes of Daves £30 ones that made me deaf.
Very clean looking bike you have there, need to get out on it and make it various shades of grey before summer runs out.

They look really good. I've got stubby carbon harpoon cans on mine but those hexagonal cans look the business.

Can't really comment about longevity as I've not had the bike long but visually mine look like they've been on a while and are running fine.
