Yes, but for drag strip use the front end doesn't matter as long as it's light, a 125 front end with a single disc would do.
You could sell the cbr6 front end though.
Or are you planning to ride it on street as well?
Low mileage engine means you can get high comp pistons in without having to go oversize.
A very light hone is all that is needed.
