20th anniversary meet 15th July Birmingham Motorcycle Museum
Re: 20th anniversary meet 15th July Birmingham Motorcycle Museum
It was so nice to see a bit of sunshine today. I'm getting closer to getting the Storm back on the road. Lord knows when I will get out for a ride though. I'm so pissed off with the shift work I'm doing. I'm sure you know the feeling. Seeing daylight right now is a luxury I'm either too tired to get up in the day or my leg hurts to the point of not being able weight bare so lay in bed all day...mostly sleeping on and off. What makes it worse is that my job is good at keeping me in such a state that I don't have the get up and go to look elsewhere. My body clock is a mess and it's starting to mess with my mentality and feel good factor. Then there is the building works going on locally during the day locally with digging and bang, bang, bang, sounds like someone drilling for oil at 8 am in the morning with the house shaking just as I'm falling asleep. FFS driving me nuts it is. 12.45 am right now and I'm wide awake while the rest of the world sleeps.

If you get the Liverpool boat Rob it's less than a hundred miles.
I'm very glad you said both were 1997.

And now I think it's settled..
And that's by year of manufacture. It was just bugging me a little.

Re: 20th anniversary meet 15th July Birmingham Motorcycle Museum
Apologies for all my posts!
I've spoken to the museum director. The price for entry is £9.95. However if we have 40 attending the price will be £4.95 which is pretty good. They also have a restaurant should people want a bite to eat.
Will regard to reserving space in the car park the first fella I spoken said they couldn't but the director James Hewing may be able to sort it.
Can't very well use their car park if we're not going to have a look around and I've never been personally so would quite like to.

As I told Mac earlier the forecast is to be dry with spells of sunshine! I'm sure it's correct.
The museum can't reserve the space. However I think it will happen naturally.
Are you going Wicky?

I'm travelling back from a family holiday on the 15th July so I can't make it. It sounds epic too. Would have loved to mingle and chat to all the other storm riders there.
I'm sure you will have a great anniversary meet fellas.
