Managed a rolling chassis today. Can't find the bloody shock triangle so I'll have to look for it tonight. Finished for the day to have a few beers

love those yokes.......... I was trying to talk the maker into letting me have them :( , but I would only have used the bottom yoke as I need a different top yoke for the flat bars.

you won't need a fork brace with those yokes, they look at least twice as strong as standard yokes....

To fit std dimensions top yoke (oem or custom made). In fact I did only one for me, but should be able to do another one. Not sure about the price as mine is not done in-house. But still think it is reasonable comparing costs of other mods and what you get for.
Anyway I think maker of these beauties can modify top yoke to fit flat bars.

Yes mate I am happy enough. I think next year I may take the engine back out and have it disassembled and shot blasted for a proper paint job. Its the only way to do it right and I cannot say I am 100 percent happy with it.

Haven't had much time with work getting on the way!
Managed to get the bolts out of the ignition on the old yoke and fits nicely into the new one.

Also managed to get a dog bone thing from Jonesy.

Similar shape to this but good bearings

Some nice bearings and bolt etc from Vtrphoenix has helped. Had no intention of polishing these, just a little clean up.

The colour of the fairings ended up winding me up. When they were in direct sunlight (which is when the thing will be ridden!) they looked bit on the purple side and purple is not ne at all.

So they were brought back along with the belly pan and redone. They are now finished. Image

Also got the shock linkage back ok and it looks a lot better under there now.

Started messing with the wiring loom. Hoping I can sort that out tomorrow.
