You need to get it straight from Dave Peart n he'll tell you EXACTLY what he did / didn't do and that way you'll what was done badly after handed back! Ffs, get the truth first and he demanded it back to sell to you obviously and if you know so much, how come you bought it like that!! DOH

If it were me that had been ripped off, I would message everyone else I knew of that had also been ripped off and get a letter to the tax man sorted out with proof of payments and what not.

I guarantee they aren't declaring this on their tax returns. They'll get investigated and the fines will be huge :evil:
