Yellow or green plug?

Post by stuffedit »

I need to replace my r/h switchgear, looking on eBay there are ones with yellow plugs and ones with green plugs.

Does anyone know if I can use either colour or must I stick with the colour plug I have on the bike at the moment?

The plugs are colour coded so when you take 'em all out you can't fit them back in the wrong socket...

If you have a green one I'd stick to that no telling if the yellow one has a differnt pin order... or even be the same shape...

I have a r/h switch gear in the spares pile that'll be the killswitch your after yes ?

But if needed, I'm only a quick spray of paint away from having the special, uprated, go-faster guaranteed +10Bhp yellow plug version- at a premium price, of course.......
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I assume that's 10bhp at the back wheel and that the premium price includes a free dyno run
