Firstly I want to say a massive thankyou to lloydie for posting these up for me as I sent him them
. I'll put them in a bit order now. Pic 1,2&3: As we were flying in.
" 4 A strange snow shower rolling in.
" 5&6 Random houses! ( this was quite typical outside the city )
" 7 View from hotel.
" 8 A little shower.
" 9 Temp. near hotel ( was -7 at 4 am this morning as we waited for transfer bus ).
" 10 The blue lagoon ( Yes we went in and what an experience)
" 11,12,19&20 Gullfoss ( up to 70m deep in places ).
" 13 Thingvellir - Icelandic parliament was formed here.
" 14 Scenery outside the Blue lagoon.
" 15 & video. Strokkur Geyser.
" 16,17&18. Typical off roader ( of which there were loads ).
" 21&22.Northern lights. Not good to see on camera phone but we're clear to the eye. ( look above left of steeple).
" 23-26 Just after take off to fly home.
Hope these have given a little insight to an amazing place which feels very clean and healthy, very little crime and very friendly and helpful people. I can't recommend visiting enough and I will certainly be back
