Hi all

Post by Motomvk »

Stumbled across this forum while looking for tips and advice for my new bike, it's my first firestorm and I'll be posting plenty of noob questions on things that have probably been covered over and over again, so bear with me

Anyway here's my bike

Image

Only had it a few days, picked it up with 21,000 miles on, both keys, original exhausts, original screen, original mudguard, original owners handbook and loads of MOT's to back up the mileage, I'm very pleased with this one.

Can't wait to get some miles on it and get to know it, but I already know I need to fettle the suspension for my weight because the fella who had it before me was much bigger than me

Cheers!

The original exhaust will be staying in the garage, the yoshimura high pipes fitted sound absolutely glorious

The other thing I forgot to mention is the suspension... Ohlins fork internals and a 6mm spacer in the rear shock, I've never ridden a stock one to compare it to and I've not had a chance to ride it properly yet but I'm looking forward to seeing how it handles
