I think that wheel can be used OK, that part is in fresh air.

clean off corrosion, paint outside and pop in new brg and seals.......... job done

I appreciate what you're saying mate but I have become a bit OCD about all of this and have already sorted another front! I don't like the thought of there being any weak parts.

What will you be doing with the damaged front wheel? I could really use a front wheel!

Just a minor thing yesterday and today. Started the radiators clean up.

They were pretty Dam bad. Have gone for black to go with the frame etc

Looking very tidy :cool2 - remember to expose some bare metal on the main fram & subframe for the leccy earthing to work.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Yes will do. I was actually supposed to tell them to do that when I left it in but totally forgot. I saw it mentioned in another post.

Good stuff matey! Reminding me of my build, I loved this stage the most, when everything is ready for assembly and looking good.
