Cheap Honda Parts.......lol

Post by 8541Hawk »

I have experienced a OEM part failure

My thermostat has failed and is stuck in the 'closed" position....
The thing only had 101K miles and 18 yr of use, you would think Honda would make a better or non faulty part......

Parts ordered, now the waiting begins......

I had the same problem this spring.
Mine jammed fully open so the bike kept running cold. Do you think it could be a common problem?
I didn't have as many miles as you ( only 30K) and it was only ten years old. Makes you wonder about quality doesn't it.
