It is with great pleasure...

Post by gl_s_r »

I accept the winners trophy for the first ever opstorm Devon extreme golfing championship...

Despite facing good opposition and a hidden ringer who will remain nameless but who had played twice that week, I took a close victory and a winning purse of several pounds.

There is now everything to play for and who wouldn't want this beautiful handcrafted award to adorn their mantlepiece?

I look forward to defending this title..

Why ask... sometime you just go to do it and find out?

Nice trophy

I even beat the "nameless one" and I haven't played for probably 15 years or more, that was more luck though
I think he'll be a bit more prepared for round 2..

I found PeteL the "nameless one" quite helpful, being as the closest I've even been to a golf course is doing the pest control in one somewhere in Kent. He gave me quite a few good tips...Still came last though...

I just couldn't get it past the windmill & into the clowns mouth...
