Grain is situated in the wilds of North Kent ...Far from the maddening crowds but just down the road from a huge LNG plant & a container port...

You cant dig down 60' here anyway as its right by the coast so will have a very high water-table...so it cant be Grain.

Oh & it's only the locals who have digital deformities, I'm not from round these here parts...
