I'm probably about tomorrow (got the day off) and I think the weather is improving. What time does Bassetts usually kick off?

In fact, if anyones up for a ride during the day...

hooner, sorry to hear the news mate,

anyway been and got back in one piece, especialy after the speed i clocked up on the A38. Its a wonder that i made it. I saw a few storms, see if some of you are mentioned here.
1. yellow in standard trim, parked in top corner of pub car park wi pub to left of it.

2. Not far from there a red one standard trim parked facing pub in same car park.

3. A green/ blue metalic one with art series 2 cans, irridium DB and a rider in grey & yellow leathers, wearing glasses, with a lady pillion. ( if you know who you are i watched you leave, i was the small black chap wi the black, white &luminus red leathers).

4. Across the way nearer to mac d's a green/ blue metalic one with blue flame cans.

I saw no others, but this was the most i had seen there in one night ( but werent really looking b4). Didnt see the chap i wanted to meet up with so left by about 830pm. If any of you were any of the above let me know. If not look out next time for my orange storm, 2000 W, high ART's, with weeeman on rear panels.

I'm number four on your list, weeman. Also a dark metallic one the other side of McDo's. Asked the guy with the iridium about his screen. He's not a visitor to this site, but is local to W Mids. Next time we'll all have to agree to wear something to identify each other - suspenders and high heels, that sort of thing

Junction slap bang in the middle of the attached map. It's called Bassets Pole (but not marked) Pub, McDo, police.

ps I returned the Tamworth direction and the road 'menders' had kindly put a beach of gravel across the road. Twas a fkin disgrace.

Weeman

Sorry I missed this. Could have made it, but haven't been watching the site much lately. Passed Bassett lots of times on the way home from Derby. Saw 100's of bikes (almost outnumbered by police cars) one night, but thought it was a one-off event.

I'll try and get down after work Tuesday , but won't be there 'till 8.30 ish ??

Well , that's the plan , as me 'Storms in for some work at the weekend.
went out for a quick blast Monday night , and it kept dropping onto one cylinder. Same thing happened earlier in the year , turned out to be water in the tank.( just under a gallon ! 8O )

I've drained the carbs , but still seems a bit lumpy , so it;s going in for a proper look-see.Thank God I went out and found the problem , imagine finding it on the way to the trackday

I haven't been out much recently , what with one thing and another, so it'll be nice to see some 'Storms

Cheers
