Operation Storm: Monopoly Mayhem Sunday 12/2am 19th May 2013

Post by Diabolus »

Possibly May or June, longest day would be good but weather is very unpredicatble around then, May seems to have been a drier month in recent years.

Ive been wanting to do this for along time, we will ride along most of the streets on the monopoly board ect and be in very near vicinity of others as im not riding down a street to do a u turn just to say ive ridden it.
heres a route ive done (it may need modifying)
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?saddr=Gra ... s&t=m&z=15

as discussed the optimum time to be riding around london without so much traffic is 2am-4am in the morning

hows this sound 422 ish miles and home for dinner sunday
This may seem bonkers to some but for me its a challenge like the topgear team would take on, there are some key elements in it for me, certainly one not to forget

I'd be up for this if you wouldn't mind starting and ending at Marylebone as I'd be coming up from the south.

Having said that, end of May, beginning of June is out for me + there is the Op Storm III meet in Yorkshire to consider.

June 21 is the longest day in 2013 :biggrin

If I'm on the road then will pencil in, joining the Kevster no doubt, and dropping off in Sussex to see my old man.
