Hi all ....me and my vtr are very happy we have finally found home! lol :lol:
Sitting On My VTR At Full Throttle Is Like Sitting On A Washing Machine At Fast Spin....No Wonder I Ride Around With A Hard On !

Welcome to the club mate. Where are you based? Have a good read through the threads and make sure you concentrate on the concerns, CCT's and RR(on pre 2001).

hi and thanks for the reply....im based in Bedfordshire in the uk...yourself? i will put a pic of my firestorm up soon in pimp your ride section. are there any firestorm meets in the uk that you know of atall?

There's a workshop day in Essex in April and a run to Wales in May.
I am in Hertford mate and there are a few Beds based members, Big Vee Grin, Styler and chi Kung spring to mind. Mine is off the road at the moment but hopefully I will get my bars through soon and I will be trying to get a rideouts together.

cool.....where about in essex is the workshop day and a date?.........ive got a pair of vfr clip on bars that i took off my storm when i brought it if they would be any good for a make do for now?....ive just finished my storm got sp1 rims on blue and white paint job ...had my swing arm fork lowers head and the rims all powder coated in white looks the nuts.....just got to get a moiwaki style belly pan and shes done.

You bike sounds nice Damo. I have put a 954 usd front end on mine and I am waiting for a set of bars from the US, but thanks for the offer mate.
The workshop day is at Wicky's (another member) near Colchester and is set for either the 7th or 14th of April. I am hoping for a delay as I am away on the weekend of the 7th.

Hi Damo, Welcome to the forum, sounds like you have put together a pretty nice looking bike, I'm looking for a set of VFR bars if you are interested in selling me them....am gettin decrepidly old and need to sit more upright :D regards ChrisC
