there's this geezer on farcebook, recons he's got a 'storm with 140bhp at the wheel.... recons he's only had the head ported, reprofiled cams, 38mm carbs, "a trick cooler, and some other bits"..... recons he's gonna put a garret T3 turbo on it....

won't answer any of my questions about exact tuning specs or my requests for a dyno print out...

have you told him to check his rear engine mount is still in one piece?

i reckon if you put 38mm carbs on a storm you wouldnt need the cooler lol - and good luck with the turbo.... you need fi first so you may as well start saving up now.

He's American. Their BHP is totally different to ours. It's measured at the flywheel and is often called SAE net horsepower. 140 SAE HP would be approx 110 bhp (UK).

he also had a turbo blade with 3 litres of NOS.... whatever that means.... NOS is measured by weight, not volume...

although his spelling is abysmal, his sentence structure comes across as mid-european, (german), not american. and the clocks on his katana are in km's........

and he deffo states 140 bhp at the wheel....
