How do you post a link to a previous posting?

If I want to direct someone to a posting in another thread, how do I do it?
Going anywhere in a car is a journey, going anywhere on a bike is an adventure!

Didn't know that myself.

Now, how do you change the link name to say "clicky" or similar?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
