Not tried one but out draged one up a duel carrageway on the way to work this morning. I was from a standing start and he was doing about 15 mph when the lights changed. got in front of him and stayed there until we had to back off for the next lights.

Who said the storms are slow NOT

I would have done but they are bit like fat birds. Fun to have a go on but you don't want your mates to see you on one.

maybe I should do a sensible reply,.............not

nahh SV=shite, stick with VTR (plus a decent engine upgrade) or get a mille.

Graham who owns and runs Arch motorcycles in Leamington Spa is tacking a 916 and dropping a TL engine in. Serious bike! Sure I read an article lately about someone else who has done this, maybe MCN? Combination of cracking bike and cracking power unit.

I test rode an SV1000 naked, seating position better for long distance, bike was nice but would have cost me twice what the VTR cost...

Yeh I did last year very nice to ride you are lent over more than the VTR and the inj is very nice the tacho/speedo is odd I like the LCD speedo but the hole lot is too small it looks like somthing is missing. But man is it uuugley specialy in that bronzy colour. The TL was a much nicer bike and had more power but give me the Storm any day :D

Del he could of asked if anyone has riden a VX800 8O and what is that funny looking avater that you have there?
cheers Darryl
