Goose Boys Storm!

Post by Goose Boy Vtr »

Here she his.
Got her early on this year, was in a bit of a mess gathering dust when i got it. Just over 8000 on the clock on a W plate. Pretty much standard apart from:

R1 Regulator
5mm Shock Spacer
Rentec Grab Handle
Dark Tint Airblade and lots of Polish!

Next on the list is some cans, rearsets and a hugger.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Polished my whole system when I had it off to ease access for swing arm/shock linkages grease up. Rubbed down with fine emery paper then used Brasso and a dolly wheel in the lecky drill. Came up a treat. Bugger me if they didnt glow cherry red when I fired her up and for the first few short runs though. Scared the crap out of me first time! After that they went blueish, then shortly after that again, back to dull stainless. So dont think its really worth the time / hassle. Maybe a scrub with wire wool to get the brown off and back to stainless colour, but dont bother polishing I'd say.

Cheers
