Who on earth is the knob doing the piece? Couldn't be bothered straining my ears after 30 secs.
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

I'm sure the Aprilia is a great bike but at near on twice the money you're paying for the FS then I think they need to get a level playing ground. For 4 grand ish you can get a 916 so what's the point 'cos that's better than the 'prillia but more money again.
Noticed they had the best colour FS though (hee hee)

Haven’t even looked at it as you need to compare like with like

Just a bit back I was looking to get an RSV factory
Till I looked in to the problems they have.
You think we have it bad with iffy CCT and dodgy reg/rec

How’s about

Wiring that fry’s itself
Reg/rec’s that fail
Swing arms that crack
Alternators windings that short
Clocks that reset themselves to zero miles
The list go’s on and on
I put myself right off them

I don’t mind spending a bit on my bikes but I do like to spend it when I want and not because I have to to keep it running

One m8 call’s them the Italian hand granade
Image
its big----- its red ------its throbbing and it’s a thousand CC

Hmmph! 8O
Maybeee, if they hadn't used the slow dodgy yellow one and had used the cool Black one the Firestorm would have done a little better and come in first instead of second :biggrin

Like most bike tests, it's only the opinion of a few people,

and if the budget was 2500 then why did't they use an sp1???? cause it would wipe the floor with anything else!!!

At the end of the day if your happy with the bike you ride who gives a hoot. At £2500 you should be able to pick up a top notch/brand newish condition VTR where as a Mille at that price could be a bit of a dog :?

Having owned 2 of those bikes I can agree with some of the testers comments-some are complete tosh.

Thats MCN for you I suppose.

Enjoy your VTR/TL/RSV or whatever you own and fook the rest

At least Child didn't get his girlfriend on as "guest tester" again.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
