Hello.

I've just bought a Firestorm, and thought I would join the forum. :)

So, it seems only right that I introduce myself...

I'm from sunny cornwall before anyone asks :P

Igor.

P.S. My bike is a 2000 Metallic Blue Firestorm, so small tank and nicer clocks on mine ;)

No I dont...

Have to admit, until I read about it on here the other day, I didnt even know there was one :P

Might pop down one evening, never know...
Its a little bit of a trek but nothing much...

Where about in sunny Cornwall are you?
I'm near Truro...

Also, what goes on at the bike meet?
Am I right in thinking the meet is McDonalds car park?

I haven't been down to the meeting very many times this year mainly because of the poor weather. I was going this evening as it was lovely this afternoon, but need I say more, the weather changed again

You are right it is held at the McDonalds car park at Hayle, but make sure you keep to the speed limits on the way down if you do decide to go sometime, as the police have been know to be watching out for speeders attending that meet on occasions. I live near Camborne so it's pretty local for me.

What do we do there, a very good question  Basically bump into people (well not literally of course  ) you don't normally see, have a look at what bikes etc turn up and generally chat  If the sun is shining you will see a good turn out with plenty of bikes and just a good atmosphere if you're into bikes.

Cheers,

Chris.

Perhaps even before then

I heard they have started another one on Monday evenings at Damerells but have not been to that one myself yet.

I did wonder if that one might be better for you. I only heard about it approx a month ago. I know they were saying if they get enough people Damerells were thinking about opening the shop. But with not going to the Hayle meeting lately I've not heard anymore.

If you do get there please let me know what it's like

Chris.
