Hi all, just found this site and thought I would join as it looks top notch. My names Trevor and I live on the south coast. I have a 99 Firestorm in Ford ST orange. Best bike I have ever owned (and I've had a few)
Will post some pics as soon as it's back on the road as it's in bits at the moment
I think the generator has gone. Right, I'm off to trawl fleabay for one. Catch you all soon. Trevor

Welcome Trev, i am afraid that i know fook all about the storm, but if you need someone to take apart a TLR engine then i am your man!
From what i have read though, that sounds like the rectum frier (rectifier) has given up.

Welcome aboard Trevor
As Mark (Mellis) says, the rectifier (the unfinned version) is a weak point on the Firestorm, if you didn't already know.
