These are the bar clamps I am using. Just need to shorten the bolts and give them a good shot lasting to clean them up.

Re: AMQ46's storm
Swapped the tyre over from the old front wheel, all parts removed, brgs and spindles greased and refitted at the correct torque.
Made a mounting bracket for the heated grip switch, fitted the new radial 19mm master cyl and sorted out the brake hose routing.
This adapter or from HEL performance is a great way to keep your existing hoses when you convert from axial master cyl to radial

Re: AMQ46's storm
Brakes bled, wires all cable tied out of the way, sag set, fairing and tank back on.
Finished but not the weather for a test ride, so I ran it up to temperature and made some brum Brum noises and put it away again.
Just waiting for a front master cyl clamp with a screw boss on it so I can knock up a bracket to support the fluid reservoir

Re: AMQ46's storm
Great job Al, just chop the back end off and it will be perfect
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!
Re: AMQ46's storm
Looking very nice. It was almost worth losing the original one!
Now for the fun bit; finding a road setting and a trackdays setting.
Let the tweaking commence.....
