HI
AS U CAN SEE I'M NEW HERE.
I LIVE IN TEL AVIV AND MY VTR 1000 1998 IS THE ONLEY VTR IN ISRAEL
IT IS A JAPANISE MODEL

1. I KNOW THAT MY BIKE RESTRICTED TO 100 HP. HOW CAN I "OPEN" THOSE RESTRICTIONS/ WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?

2. MY TANK IS 16 LITER. CAN I JUST REPLASE IT TO 2002 19 LITER TANK WILL I HAVE TO MAKE SOME CHANJES IN THE BIKE?

Hi,as for me you can't increase HP like on a RSV1000. I believe that the hp is max around 108-110hp. some modification in carburator are possible, new cans can also help to increase HP
But i'm not 100% sure what i'm telling you.

I have also looked into retrofitting my bike with the new tank, and it does not bolt on directly.

:( thouht it will be the same conections to the bike but 19 l. sory to hear i will have to stay with small tank
