Hey gang,
At what RPM does the 'Hawk generally hit it's peak
RPM and Torque?
I'm about to start dyno tuning my ride and I don't
see the need to continually bounce it off of the rev
limiter if I don't have to.

Bone stock peak
I ran it up to 9K and it looks like the peaks (HP & Torque) came
at around 8,700.
So, IMO, 9K is safe and your best bet.
Watching the stock VTR on the dyno was quite an experience...
So torquey it hit 9K in just a few seconds -- and so quiet too!
Very different from when I was dynoing my 'Bird. That bike
literally screamed -- almost sounded painful, ha ha
