Got some quotes from bennetts online quoting thingy earlier today:
My storm £300
RSV Mille £390
GSXR600 £260
GSXR750 £320
XR650 £340
KTM LC4 Supermoto £365
Blade £590
So it's cheaper to insure a GSXR750 (obviously a bit of a missile) than a bog standard trailie (XR650). Presumably it comes down to what gets nicked the most I suppose.
Still a load of ole bollarks tho, innit. I'm starting to agree with that bloke on the AA advert (the one who has his jumper tucked into his jeans) "Insurance costs, stupid just stupid!" and I never thought I'd agree with someone who tucks their jumper in their jeans.
