You previously mentioned you have a K&N airfilter and Remus cans - has it been rejetted for these changes as the K&N will flow more air and require more fuel - usually done on a dyno with a dynajet kit. Net result will be significantly higher fuel consumption and possibly if not tuned correctly a hard to eradicate dip at the lower end.

You might want to put a standard air filter in to see if things improve - do some plug chops or book it in to a workshop with a dyno for sorting out.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Don't know jets size but I booked a dyno run for nxt yr
but bike was running fine before i fitted nipple for balancing so....might try to adjust mixture and see if any change is made and going to try the standard filter to see if more improvement is made

If it was fine before you touched it I strongly suggest you undo your work and put it back as it was before, then see if its ok. If so you know its definately that and you can eliminate things like mixture, costly dyno runs etc.

And deffo try an original air filter, the K&N's cause more problems than theyre worth.

+1 and if that don't solve your problem then it's time to open the carbs and have a play. Carbs are fun and these carbs are a pleasure to work on.

Good news...you managed to get the mixture about right then. What's the rev needle like when blipping the throttle at stand still. Nice and smooth with no fluctuations hopefully. Just in time for nice weather as well. :plainsmile
