Thanks for that marty, just got to think of some way of fixing it nice maybe some 16mm rawl plugs then i can get it plastered to look nice :wave:

Muppet, I know it's been a few years, but just curious if anything ever happened with the bike? Best E.T.? Mph?

Unfortunately Muppet last logged on to the site in may 2012, so I doubt you'll get an answer buddy, I like to think his bike was so fast it turned into a time machine.... :wink:

It's been a few years, but it was worth a shot.

I think that 2x4 he used as the kickstand was hollowed out and had a flux capacitor inside.

I met him at the Bulldog Bash a few years back and watched him race- the bugger beat my tuned one with his fairly standard one, fitted with a 6" over SA, and lock-up rear shock strut.
It goes to show, the clutch lock-up grab problem isn't a problem if you stretch the SA so that you can dump the clutch and it won't pop up and try to throw you off the back. It just spun up a bit, gripped and went.

But I want mine to be rideable round corners as well, so that's not an option.

I own this bike now. Will be rebuilding it over the winter and running it at sprints next year. :D

This is what it looked like when i got it.

Still a work in progress, but it now looks like this.

Paints not fully finished in the last two pics, it now has sone red in the centre of the fairing.
Has it's first run out 9th-10th May.
