Cheers, guys. She seems to be about three days ahead of me, symptoms-wise. Mostly like a heavy cold, with aches, shivers and hot flushes.
Queasy stomach seems to be a symptom of whichever variant we have, and I lost my sense of taste today- I found myself quite liking a red firestorm.
I might keep myself isolated in the garage for a few days, I have a few bike jobs backed up.

I do hope your looking after her fully... FloranceTonyGale... I can see you now in the that nurses uniform...Oh hang on thats an Image I wish I hadn't thought of...
I'm sure you can rig up some sort of 2m distance tea/coffee/soup delivery system a la Walace & Gromit type thing...

There are no official safety requirements when it comes to Engineering/Tinkering and this particular hot beverage - continue as originally planned.
