that looks like a knock off of a early koso digital dash which norally costs around £200, i doubt the quality will be any good, but at that price it would be worth a punt, especially if your clocks are fooked

With a service and a weighted spring you are getting up to it's value though.

Not sure about the pikey lads working on the crosser in the background and it won't go round corners too well as he has pushed the forks all the way down into the yokes so he could fit the flat bars. Will feel like a chopper!

That is right smelly ebay listing, looks well dodgy, and they have listed a mobile number which means they would rather deal outside of ebay, which usually means dodgy.
