Welcome, lots of great advice and help on here along with the workshop knowledge. Your post is weird in that my first big? Bike was a 3ta, all 18.5hp, later t90'd and blown up. I also chopperised it with a purple tank, 6" slugs and rigid rear struts
We knew what we was doing in 71!

Was it really 18.5hp? I reckon most of mine had gone missing when I started out, but things definitely improved over time. Junking that
horrible classic rear wheel cowling saved a lot of weight for a start. And getting it painted purple was another 5hp for sure. I didn't go as far as you, though, with the suspension. I might have done had I known what I was doing
