That's knot very pleasant you sap. Take it to a branch of Travis Perkins and he'll probably get a better trade in! Those pipes probably bark.........enough now!

To be fair, if that's what you like, that wooden bike does go against the grain. And I am surprised that sort of paint job isn't more poplar.
I do feel sycamore I look at it though...for me it's holly disgusting.

You could always spruce it up a little, or go back to it's roots and create a Bonsai pattern. He's joist a plank if he thinks that's knot poplar.
