Glad your alright. I came off yesterday around 50 mph and I'm feeling it today. Neck is very sore and sitting up from laying down is impossible.

Bike will be ok. Not to expensive to get back on the road but it'll never look the same again
yeah om not to bad. Battered and bruised but no broken bones or anything serious so all is good

When I came down the second time my part of my helmet hit the floor pretty hard, thats why my neck is sore, it was a big wake up call for me, I said to myself, never again will I even think of wearing an open face crash helmet, I just imagined how much worse it could have been on my face.

In area's like supermarket fore courts and all garages i usually flip my visor up as sometimes you can smell diesel if it's been spilt recently.Glad you aren't too bad.
