It's Greased Lightning!

Although the grease is almost certainly to a particular German specification, made only by BMW and three times the price of ordinary grease, only available on special order and unobtainable in the UK.
And I can't see a lot of lightening going on, looks bloody mahoooosive, actually.
It will almost certainly disturb Teutonic tectonic plates when it gets up to speed, and frighten horses three counties away.
Except the exhaust is so quiet that when it's being ridden you can hear the bloke in the car in front scratching his gonads in anticipation of simultaneously making a mobile phone call while eating a Big Muck and performing a U turn without indicating.

It would certainly turn heads, as people would risk a strained neck in order to look in a different direction.

I quite like it, it's a bit different.

BMW 1200s nice but not once i had fell off!!!.
Most people who have these hardly ride them with any fury to be honest. I did and it bit my butt.

thats a boxer cup, i had one of those too, mine was a "Randy Mamola" special, blue and white. again a good bike but BMW servicing kills it a bit.

i like the boxer cup, maybe a poor mans hp2 but i like the quirky looks of a lot of the bmw's,when the jap bikes can be so bland, you gotta admire how the s1000rr took the litre class to another level, and the hp4 is supposed to be a game changer with its active suspension.....

yep your right, i like things a bit different, i got cheesed off having to open both of my doors to get the heads past, the storm fits through 1 door!
and if i touch those heads down them i am well and truly off!!!. and when you blip the htrottle i dont go sideways, oh and the biggest thing! i dont have to carry oil with me cause the Bm,s do drink it until about 40,000 miles.

Saw one at Loomies today, god they are the best looking machines. A 2006 Tornado goes for £3500.
However I be worried all the time in case it broke down, or is that a tad unfair ?
